MAD-Werk Ltd. was founded in 1990 for the manufacture of custom steel structures. Our fields of activity include welding training, manufacturing of welded structures in our facility, outsourcing of welding technicians, designing and drawing. Our products range from business facility installations to kitchen technologies, tanks and various custom-made industrial structures.

Our production technology includes bending, glass bead blasting, laser cutting of pipes and plates, qualified welding, locksmith and machining processes. We are ready to design and draw various metal structures, air conditioner enclosures for railway carriages, stairs, tanks and we are glad to participate in the development of custom-made metal structures. These are made from stainless steel and aluminium profiles or plate products. The staff of our company has been expanded to 50 employees over the years, including 17 qualified welders, welding engineers and mechanical engineers, machining specialists and locksmiths and their numbers may be increased if needed. The floor area of our facility is 1,800 m2 and expandable up to 3,000 m2. We have welding certificates for welding aluminium and stainless steel by AWI and AFI processes.

In the meantime, we have shifted the focus of our production profile on industrial fields as a result of our incoming orders. We have been certified according to ISO 9001 since 2004 and obtained EN ISO 3834-2 and DIN EN 15085-2-CL1 welding certificates in 2010. In 2014 we obtained the welding certificates according to EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-3 EXC3.

We attach importance to environmental protection therefore we are in the process of obtaining ISO 14001 environmental certificate.
In order to make sure that our existing and new customers are provided with high quality services, there are different production technology developments in progress affecting our fleet of equipment and, of course, our specialists are having the appropriate qualifications. We maintain the permanent quality of our products by monitoring the phases of production and performing ( VT, PT, UT ) and documenting the necessary final inspections.

Our objective is to reliably serve all the requirements of our customers and to continuously strengthen our market position. The ability to flexibly adapt to new challenges is what I consider the strength of our company.
