Our web system carries out its data processing activity – by adopting the appropriate internal rules, technical and organisational measures – in such a way that it complies under all circumstances with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL – of 27 April 2016 – on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: Regulation, as well as with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and freedom of information, hereinafter: Infotv.

We inform you that, in the absence of the above data, you cannot send your letter to us electronically.

In the case of data recorded in the log file during the use of the service, the storage of the data serves exclusively technical and statistical purposes. The anonymous visitor identifier, as a character sequence, cookie, in itself is not capable in any way of identifying the customer, that is, the visitor, it is only suitable for recognizing the visitor’s computer. The user has the possibility to set their browser in such a way that it does not allow the placement of the unique identification sign on the user’s computer. In this case, the user may use a significant part of the service in the same way, but in certain cases the user cannot use some functions of the service to the fullest extent.

The Data Controller does not use personal data for purposes other than the indicated purposes. Personal data are transferred to third parties only in the case of the user’s prior and informed consent. This does not apply to any possible data transfers mandatory on the basis of law.

The user may exercise their possibilities of legal enforcement before a court on the basis of Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and freedom of information, as well as on the basis of the Civil Code, and may also request the assistance of the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. We store the questions and personal data voluntarily sent to us for 1 year. You may withdraw your consent relating to data processing at any time; in this case, we delete your data and your e-mail.

Your rights:

Right of access: You are entitled to receive feedback from us as to whether the processing of your personal data is in progress; if such data processing is in progress, you are entitled to receive access to the personal data and to the following information. For example: purposes of data processing; categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, including in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations; planned duration of storage of the data; criteria for determining this duration.

In the case of a request submitted to us, we make available to you the personal data processed by us.

Right to restriction of data processing: Upon your request, we restrict our data processing.
